We'll Review & Confirm
Our team will review your request and confirm whether a refill is available based on your pet's current prescription. We may reach out if we need additional information or if an exam is required.
Pick Up Your Medication
Once your refill is ready, we'll contact you to let you know. Medications are available for pickup at our West Seneca location during regular business hours.
Please Note
We ask for 72 hours notice for all written prescriptions and medications filled in hospital. Some medications require an up-to-date exam before a refill can be authorized. If your pet is due for a visit, we'll let you know when you submit your request. For urgent medication needs, please call us directly at (716) 824-4108.

Our team will review your request and will contact you once your refill is complete and ready for pick up. If you do not hear from us after 72 hours, please call us to check on your pet's medication. Thank you!
