The Doctors at Southtowns Animal Hospital see patients by appointment only. We will make every effort to be on time, however emergencies do occur. Delays will be no longer than absolutely necessary.
When you come to the Hospital for your appointment, please keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier while in the Reception area. Some of our patients are afraid of other animals. Sometimes, when a pet is sick, he doesn't want to be friendly with other pets.
EMERGENCIES
We offer emergency care during our regular office hours.
For emergencies after hours, our clients are directed to the
Orchard Park Emergency Facility, open 24 hours.
